We are not responsible for your package after it has been dropped off at the post office. If your package is lost in the mail, we will do our best to help find it.

Everything comes from a pet friendly home, so sorry if there’s cat hair on your packaging! Most orders will come in a recycled or reused box/ mailer ♻️
Due to COVID-19, we are not shipping outside of the United States. I hope you understand!
Shipping is based on the weight of the item & packaging used. If you are local, please contact us & we can figure something out to save you money on shipping.
We offer customs for our resin products! Please send us a message on our “Contact Us” page or our Facebook page to get started. If you want a custom, it will be made when we have free time, if you want it quicker, you must pay in advance for the item.
We delete our sold listings after awhile to make room for our new & available products. You can look at all of our previous work on our Facebook or Instagram.
We have giveaways occasionally on our Facebook, so be sure to “like” & “follow” for updates.

Tarot card readings are done whenever we have free time, but results will never take longer than 3 days to be sent.
We do not do holds for people, unless we know you personally.
Our products are handmade so they may have flaws. Resin & candle making can go south pretty quick. We try to note if any of our products have flaws in their descriptions.
Our lights take CR2032 batteries!
If you’re product is damaged, let us know & we can can definitely try to fix it!
We don’t have a physical store (yet😏), we make everything in our home. We do attend some local events though! Check out our Facebook page for event updates!
We are not Geologists (even though we wish) we are not 100% accurate & certain on some of the crystals that we sell. We will mention that in our description if we are unsure about one. They’re all genuine though & we do buy & research crystals often, so we are confident, but we wanted to make a mention of this ~just in case~ There are thousands of different kinds & many look very similar.
Prices are based on the quality, supplies & time it takes to make. We discount items as we see fit. Sometimes we will mark down prices, so stay alert for those!
